This Pinot Noir comes from a plot of land called ‘En Biolex’ in the commune of Champagne, and offers a racy, elegant expression. Planted on particularly gravelly moraine, its fruity, spicy notes are enhanced by ageing in 100% Swiss oak barrels from our own cooperage in Valeyres-sous-Rances.
Unfiltered to express its origins as faithfully as possible, its silky, delicate texture reveals subtle aromas.
