A typically Swiss grape variety, our Gamaret has distinguished itself this year by its patient ripening. The robust bunches waited until the very last days of autumn to be harvested. The reward was grapes that were almost candied, with noble tannins and an intense flavour reminiscent of blackberries and black tea. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels, this powerful wine is destined to age gracefully, retaining its elegance and character.
