La Comtesse du Manoir - Rosé 2025

Harvested in Valeyres-sous-Rances from the vineyards of Domaine du Manoir, La Comtesse du Manoir is a rosé made exclusively from organically grown Pinot Noir. This 2025 vintage reveals a fresh and vibrant character, highlighted by notes of tropical fruit and fresh berries. On the palate, its lovely roundness is balanced by a lively and elegant finish, resulting in a wine that is as indulgent as it is refined.

Its name pays homage to the Countess de Gasparin, an iconic figure linked to the history of Domaine du Manoir. A woman of letters and a pioneer of modern nursing, Valérie de Gasparin founded the La Source clinic in Lausanne in 1859, the world’s first secular school for nursing assistants. Through this cuvée, we wish to keep alive the legacy of a remarkable woman, whose values of elegance, commitment, and generosity still resonate today.

Made exclusively from the vineyards of the Domaine du Manoir, this Pinot Noir rosé expresses all the finesse of our terroir through a lovely freshness and elegant aromatic intensity. Vinified and aged in tanks to preserve its purity and vibrancy, it reveals a harmonious, delicate, and refreshing palate.
