We are proud of our first sparkling wine cuvée, which comes from our Perroset from our Domaine du Manoir vineyards. Grown in marl soil, it is both convivial and delicious.
Tasting notes
A magnificent brut sparkling wine, delicate with fine, persistent bubbles. A Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from grapes grown on our Chardonnay plots using traditional methods. This cuvée, which will delight food lovers, embodies freshness, minerality and elegance. It is the perfect accompaniment to an aperitif or to enhance delicate dishes.
